Dan Withee brings a unique combination of real estate knowledge, hands-on experience, and nearly three decades of public service to every client he works with.
With a background in construction and formal home inspection training, Dan understands homes beyond what you can see at first glance. His knowledge of how homes are built gives buyers an experienced perspective as they evaluate properties, identify potential, and ask important questions along the way. For sellers, that same experience provides practical insight when preparing, positioning, and bringing a home to market.
Before beginning his career in real estate, Dan spent 28 years serving as a police officer. Through those decades of public service, he developed a deep familiarity with the greater Madison area and the communities within it, along with an ability to remain calm, communicate clearly, solve problems, and advocate for the people counting on him. Those skills now play an important role in how Dan guides his real estate clients through what can be some of life’s biggest decisions.
Service has always been an important part of Dan’s life, with a proud, multi-generational family history of military and law enforcement service. At home, Dan and his wife, Nichole, share a blended family with four grown children and two grandchildren. Family keeps him grounded in something he understands well: a home is much more than a property—it’s where life happens.
Whether helping a first-time buyer find the right place to begin their next chapter, guiding a family through a move, or helping a seller prepare to part with a home filled with years of memories, Dan approaches each relationship with knowledge, integrity, patience, and a genuine commitment to looking out for his clients.
